My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although there was a guest next to our room, which was slightly less preferable than the original one I was in. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were not soundproof, which was quite frustrating as I could hear music and bass until late at night. Despite complaints, it seemed like my concerns were ignored. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable, and thanks to the reception staff, I was able to check in early and had a late checkout. Housekeeping, especially Fred, did an outstanding job. The only downside was the disappointing internet, but everything else was fantastic. # Fix your internet. I enjoyed ordering breakfast in the comfort of my room with the very good facilities and amazing staff. The hotel was clean with a lovely city view, and the pool was a great addition as it was open all day.
